Standard Plan:
WHEN YOUR AGREEMENT BEGINS AND ENDS: The Term of your Agreement is inclusive of any manufacturer’s warranty or dealer guarantee that may exist during the coverage term. Coverage for a Breakdown begins upon the expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer’s warranty or the Selling Retailer’s limited product warranty, except Breakdown due to power surge which will begin on the Agreement Purchase Date. Coverage will end upon expiration of the term shown on Your sales invoice or receipt, unless it is cancelled, or We have fulfilled Our obligations under this Agreement. A minimum one-year underlying manufacturer warranty or dealer guarantee is required (Standard Plan Service Agreement).

Premium Plan:
WHEN YOUR AGREEMENT BEGINS AND ENDS: Coverage begins upon expiration of the shortest portion of the retailer or manufacturer warranty and ends upon expiration of the contract term shown on Your sales invoice calculated from the date of purchase. Parts and labor during the manufacturer’s warranty and seller’s guarantee are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer or selling retailer. A minimum one-year underlying manufacturer warranty or dealer guarantee is required (Premium Plan Service Agreement).
